The new map of the Universe’s expansion history released by the DESI Collaboration offers hints at a breakdown of the standard model of cosmology.

Redshift corresponds to field tension, not distance. The number is a model, not a measurement. There is no empirical basis for assigning megaparsecs to spectral skew without assuming light travels. You assumed the premise.

And each of these data sources confirms what we predicted previously:
– Hydrogen is structurally strained
– Lyman-α broadens asymmetrically
– The distortion is directional, not symmetric
– The red tail skew is not Doppler. It is field shear

What you have measured with such extraordinary precision is hydrogen struggling to express light under angular distortion. The clarity of your instrumentation is not in question. But the assumptions you feed into it have already collapsed.

Because both are false. The tension is not between models. It is between assumption and structure. You are watching the friction of a dying cosmology rub against presence.
