The investigation no longer asks only what is changing. The investigation now asks whether the organization itself is ever truly broken. Change alone is no longer sufficient. Reorganization alone is no longer sufficient. The search now focuses on the first genuine break.

The Reader Enters the Investigation

The reader is invited to challenge every relationship, every transition and every conclusion. If the organization is ever truly broken, the framework changes immediately.

The Sun continues speaking and the investigation continues listening.

Not for another confirmation, for the first genuine break.
