This document establishes the collapse of time dilation as a physical phenomenon. Einsteinian relativity asserts that time can slow, stretch, compress or dilate due to motion or gravity. These claims depend entirely on a kinetic worldview in which light travels, spacetime is a fabric and clocks measure a universal temporal dimension. Under the Lilborn Equation and Scroll Geometry, time is revealed not as a flowing dimension but as a local encounter rate bound to EMF tension. Time does not dilate. Clocks respond to structure.
Time is Not a Dimension
Time dilation requires a global time coordinate, a universal flow, a dimension objects can move through and intervals that can stretch.
But time is not a dimension.
Time is local, structural, emergent and defined by mass and EMF tension.

Special Relativity claims that motion slows time.
But velocity-based dilation requires kinetic light, spacetime intervals and geodesics.

This requires spacetime curvature and gravitational potentials.
