Why the Confusion is the Evidence
Scientists search for breathable atmosphere in the upper layers, but breathability ends low in the structure, not because of lack of molecules, but because coherent angular coupling ceases. Hydrogen and Helium dominate the upper layers, leading observers to believe the atmosphere continues when, in terms of biological interaction, it has already ended.
Declaration of the Neonopause
The Neon line, Ne₁₀, with its perfect 360° containment, is not merely the last element in a row.
It is:
• The final seal of breathable structure
• The EMF lock that caps the layered shell
• The upper bound of angular saturation
