Introduction
This is the formal declaration of the Law of Visibility, a structural resolution within the Lilborn Equation framework (E = mℓ). It defines when and how light becomes visible and when it remains unseen, governed solely by the structure of the EMF and its angular alignment.
We now declare:
1. Light (ℓ) is always present. It does not travel. It does not move from one place to another. It is immediate at origin and at encounter.
2. The EMF is present throughout space, but it does not always face the light. The alignment between light and EMF must be angularly permissive for interaction to occur.
3. Visibility is the product of this alignment. When the EMF structure becomes angularly aligned (not perpendicular, not tangential, but angled), interaction occurs. Mass (m) present at that point completes the triangle and produces a visible Event (E = mℓ).
4. If the EMF is perpendicular to the source of light, no interaction occurs. Light is present, but invisible. If the EMF turns and aligns angularly, visibility is born.
5. The heliopause proves this law. After 14.5 billion miles of dark space, the EMF turns vertically and aligns. Even with no local mass, the interaction produces measurable heat, over 50,000 Kelvin. Where mass is also present, this angular alignment produces visible light.
This is the Law of Visibility
Light does not become visible by motion.
It becomes visible through structure.
Where the electromagnetic field aligns with the ever-present light, visibility occurs.
This is not a theory of propagation. It is the declaration of coherence.
Light is the constant. Structure is the variable.
