Introduction

It redefines so-called “inert” elements (helium, the noble gases and beryllium) not by their lack of chemical reactivity, but by their active structural function in holding, spacing and preserving coherence throughout physical systems.

Statement of the Law

Every system of motion is held together by structured stillness. Stillness is not the absence of activity, but the presence of restraint, reference and responsibility.

Without structured stillness, coherence collapses, geometry distorts and form degenerates. Stillness is the ligament of the field.
