Gravity As Alignment Within The Solar Body

Figure 2. Structural Blueprint of the Solar Body

This diagram illustrates gravity as alignment within a coherent electromagnetic structure. Helical and spiral motifs represent structural registration and orientation, not kinetic motion or force exchange.

Introduction

This document restores gravity to its constitutional role within the solar body. It does not propose a new interpretation of gravity, nor does it dispute observed behavior. It identifies where gravity belongs structurally and removes it from positions it cannot occupy.

A constitution does not declare what will be true. It identifies what already is true and restores each principle to its proper jurisdiction. Gravity has remained constitutionally misplaced since Newton, not because Newton erred mathematically, but because the governing structure of the solar body had not yet been identified.

Gravity is Not Local

Gravity does not originate in one body acting upon another. A local object cannot generate a global alignment condition. The solar system exhibits coherence across vast distances and timescales, behavior incompatible with transactional body-to-body attraction.

Bodies participate in gravity; they do not produce it.

Gravity is Not Reactive

Gravity does not activate when bodies approach. It does not weaken, strengthen or switch on in response to proximity. It is persistent and continuous, present prior to motion rather than caused by it.

This places gravity in the same constitutional category as electrodynamic maintenance, not thermodynamic repair.

Explicit Disqualification
of Thermal Dynamics

Thermal dynamics plays no role in the origin or governance of gravity. This is universally acknowledged and requires no defense. Heat does not generate gravity, modulate gravity or define alignment.

The Moon is constitutionally no different from thermal dynamics in this respect. Both are local phenomena and are equally disqualified as origins of gravity.

Gravity as Alignment
Within a Coherent Field

Gravity is the alignment of bodies within the electromagnetic coherence of the solar body. It is not attraction, pull or exchange. It is participation in an already-existing alignment condition.

Bodies move because the system is aligned. They do not align the system by moving.

Three Observational Constraints
Gravity Must Satisfy

1. Global Coherence Constraint
Gravity must operate across the entire solar body simultaneously. A mechanism dependent on local interaction cannot account for system-wide stability and long-term orbital coherence.

2. Persistence Constraint
Gravity must be present continuously and independently of events, distance or energetic conditions. Observed gravitational behavior shows no delay, attenuation, or intermittence.

3. Independence from Thermal and Local Effects
Gravity must remain invariant regardless of temperature, phase, composition or localized energetic activity. This disqualifies thermal dynamics and localized mass interaction as governing causes.

The Moon Reframed

The Moon does not create gravity. It expresses gravity. Tidal phenomena demonstrate modulation within a pre-existing alignment field, not body-to-body attraction.

The Moon is an indicator of alignment, not an origin of it.

Closing Directive on Tides

The subject of tides is addressed in detail across multiple dedicated documents.

Conclusion

Gravity is not a mysterious force exchanged between bodies. It is an alignment condition inherent to the coherent electromagnetic structure of the solar body.

This document completes the constitutional placement of gravity by restoring it to where it has always belonged.
