This document formally declares that the Möbius structure itself, not any internal solar dynamo, is the cause of the Sun’s 11-year magnetic cycle.
In the Lilborn Framework, the Möbius Field is the single-surfaced, non-orientable structure that defines all coherence. It does not move. It phases. It does not emit. It resolves.
The core of the Sun is not an energetic furnace, but the OSS. It is the phase of pure containment from which the Möbius emerges and to which it returns. It is not the beginning, and it is not the end. It is coherence.
The Sun’s hemispheric asymmetry is not an observational illusion. It is the physical result of the Möbius Field phasing through mass.
• The Southern Hemisphere is compressing the Möbius into the OSS.
• The Northern Hemisphere is releasing the Möbius from the OSS.
This phasing is continuous, not directional. The Möbius does not emit in one direction. It phases inward and outward simultaneously, from opposite hemispheres of the Sun.
